Ban on driving a car. In the Philippines there is a special law for motorists. The fact that motorists whose license plate numbers ends with 1 or 2 can not ride on the roads on Monday. Owners of numbers with 3 and 4 at the end will be arrested if they drive on Tuesday, 5 and 6 – Wednesday, 7 and 8 – Thursday, 9 and 0 – Friday.
