Lake Hillier, Australia. Most pink lake in the world, Hillier, is located on Middle Island in the south-west Australia. It can be reached only by means of the aircraft. This little corner of paradise was discovered in 1802. It was assumed that the lake got its unusual color due to some algae and microorganisms, but subsequent studies have not confirmed this. To this day, no one knows why the lake has such an unusual color.
