2. Tunisia – Zine El Abidine Ben Ali
He was the President of Tunisia in 1987 – 2011. The deterioration of the economic situation and terrible corruption led to popular protests, which resulted that Ben Ali was forced to flee the country. He disappeared in Saudi Arabia with a very decent luggage (rumored) – 1.5 tons of gold.
