4. Kyrgyzstan – Askar Akayev

He has held the post of president of Kyrgyzstan from 1991 to 2005. He was deposed from his post as a result of the “Tulip Revolution” in 2005, one of the reasons which led to an incredible enrichment of Akaev’s family and his entourage. The last straw was the falsification of the next presidential election. 05.04.2005 he fled the country.
