6. Haiti – Jean-Claude Duvalier
He inherited the post from his father at age 19 and was the youngest president in the world. Due to the policy of intimidation and violence of Jr. Duvalier, in Haiti began mass demonstrations. 07/02/1986 Duvalier left the country with his family, but was able to return after repentance in 2011.
