Tunnel Ville-Marie, Montreal, Canada, 2011
Due to outdated design of the tunnel Ville-Marie, a concrete slab has fallen on the road. This slab was part of the concrete structure set to adapt the eyes of drivers more quickly to the darkness in the tunnel. Fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident.
