Architectural mistakes that cost lives of people

Residential building Ronan Point, London, 1968

An explosion in an apartment in a 22-storey Ronan Point house in London, where all the building codes have been implemented, has led to a progressive collapse. The accident occurred due to the fact that the design of the scheme looked like a house of cards. This tragedy led to the deaths of four people.
